Forced conversion is contrary to Jesus' ideals

Myagdi - A Christian from Myagdi has said that forcibly changing religion is against the ideals of Jesus, the founder of Christianity. Some selfish groups said that they defamed the holy religion and defamed it for financial gain. On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Jesus Christ, OPI Grace Church in Beni said that it is a crime to change religion by showing money and other inducements. "One must enter the temple of Yeshua by personal desire, "He comes by will and not by money," said Peter Thapa, Head of OPI Grace Church, Myagdi. According to him, not even a single rupee was spent to attract from his church in Myagdi.

He said that the respect for the contribution of Jesus himself to the human community by climbing on the cross in order to liberate common people from injustice, tyranny and discrimination around the world cannot be done by temptation. Thapa said this while the case of people who are economically weak in the rural areas of the district are being made to change their religion by showing financial and other inducements. In a program held at Ganeshtol in Benibazar, he said that only fake Christians will change their religion due to the greed of money and said that the popularity of Jesus Christ is increasing all over the world.

He also requested to identify those involved in business and earning activities in the name of religion. Local artists and artists from different districts performed songs and dances in the church. In the past, OPI Grace Church had done various programs including washing machines worth about 40,000 in Beni Hospital, cleaning the areas around Beni Bazar. Meanwhile, in public and private schools of the district, on the occasion of Christmas, the students attending the Child Development Center were attracted by decorations, sports and dances including 'Christmas tree'.
